Engineered to operate under tough conditions, these hoists feature totally enclosed steel plate construction with durable powder coat finish. Lifetime lubricated gear trains offer quiet operation and low maintenance without periodic oil changes. Tough, heavy-duty fan cooled motor features class E insulation for 3-phase, class B insulation for 1-phase. Reliable electromagnetic DC brake eliminates the need for gap adjustment, absorbs inertia, and holds the load even if power is interrupted. Other features include: quick connect wiring for low voltage, 24V NEMA 2-button control with strain relief, simple upper and lower limit buttons. Thermal overload protection for 1-phase; reverse phase protection for 3-phase. Drop forged safety hooks, 16-1/2' power cable with quick connects, and heavy-duty chain container. H3 rating with 25% duty cycle for 1-phase and 30% duty cycle for 3-phase. Proof tested, certified and meets OSHA and ANSI B30.16 standards. Two-year warranty. FOB TENNESSEE, WASHINGTON.
